¿WHAT IS FRACTORA?

Fractora skin treatment is a fractional rejuvenation and resurfacing treatment that reduces wrinkles to slow the effects of aging and restore skin to its youthful apperance. Fractora lets you look and feel younger.

WHAT AREAS CAN BE TREATED?

Fractora can be used on any areas that can benefit from skin renewal. The most commonly treated areas include: lower eyelid, upper eyelid, smile lines, forehead, cheeks, mouth and neck. Face and body areas that exhibit wrinkles, discoloration or acne scarring are suitable for tratment.

HOW MANY TREATMENTS WILL I NEED?

Depending on your Fractora treatment regime you can expect to have between 1-6 sessions.

Dr. Alvarez graduated Magna Cum Laude and is a member of the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He holds faculty appointments at both NYU and Mount Sinai Hospitals where he teaches the dermatology residents to diagnose and manage skin conditions. He has authored several articles which have been published in dermatology peer-reviewed journals, and has done extensive research into psoriasis and metabolic syndrome, rosacea, and cutaneous t-cell lymphomas.

Melissa Kanchanapoomi Levin, MD, is a board-certified dermatologist dedicated to excellence in comprehensive and personalized dermatological care, specializing in inflammatory facial dermatoses such as acne and rosacea and cosmetic dermatology. She was previously the Director of Clinical Research at Marmur Medical on the Upper East Side as well as a private practice dermatologist at both Marmur Medical and Spring Street Dermatology in Soho, both practices in Manhattan. She is a Clinical Assistant Attending Professor at New York University (NYU) Langone Medical Center and a Clinical Instructor at the Mount Sinai Icahn School of Medicine in the Department of Dermatology.
